Project consists of four seven story towers and is currently under construction. It is a guard gated community. The one bedroom units range in size from 593 to nearly 1000 sq ft. The two bedroom units are up to 2233 sq ft. Some units have 12 foot ceilings and special entrances. The two bedroom plans also have dens in some versions. Prices range from the $300,000's up to $1 million depending on the unit, floor and location.

This community is in very high demand and goes directly to contract. Use of the developer's in-house lender will only require 10% of the purchase price to be required as a contract earnest deposit. This is good compared to many towers requiring 30%.
