Phil Gutman, head of sales for the Cosmopolitan project, said,
"This market is so hot, we took reservations on literally
hundreds of units on our first day despite virtually no
advertising and our sales office not yet being opened."
Guttman was quick to add, "For those who didn't get in on
day one, rest assured that there will be more prime units
that are being held back for a few more months. Those people
shouldn't feel as though they missed out. They will still
have a good selection of units to choose from."
The developer of The Cosmopolitan is a group called 3700
Associates. Ian Bruce Eichner, CEO of 3700 Associates, is
one of the nation's premier developers of luxury time share
and condominium properties, including The Manhattan Club in
New York and the Continuum development in Miami's South
Beach district.
