Liberty Tower has opened privately for VIP pre-construction sales. This will be a twenty-one story tower with a Las Vegas Blvd (Strip) address. We expect this tower to sell out fast as there are only 132 units in the tower. Its architecture is cool with an art deco flare to it which we believe will be very appealing.

$10,000 is required to reserve a unit and 20% of the purchase price will be required to go to contract by this summer. There are no one bedroom units in this all residential tower so that too will be appealing to residential condo buyers. The two bedroom units are now priced in the range of $650,000 and higher. The three bedrooms are estimated to open at $1.4 million and they are the classified as penthouses located on the top three floors. Some units will be corner units.

Liberty Tower will have a nice outdoor pool, indoor fitness area, theatre and game room, cafe and other amenities. Interiors will have nice finishes.
