SoHo
Lofts Las Vegas, $60 million upscale residential high-rise
development under construction at Las Vegas
Boulevard and Hoover Avenue, opened a
1,700-square-foot model unit in September 2004
at Neonopolis. Public tours are available by
appointment.
Modeled after New York’s artsy SoHo
neighborhood, SoHo Lofts is exposed and open. It
has a feel taken directly from the old-school
essence of loft living featuring high ceilings
with water pipes and ventilation ducts showing.
This 16-story 225-foot tower has 120 units
including eight penthouse suites, and seventy
percent of the ground floor will be retail shops
and restaurants. Prices start in the high
$400,000s.
The kitchen features granite countertops,
designer sinks and fixtures, a floating kitchen
island and Italian cabinetry by Dellacasa. The
living area has 11-foot ceilings, an 8-foot
entry door, oversize picture windows,
glass-enclosed terraces, sealed concrete
flooring and is pre-wired for cable, satellite
television and high-speed data transmission.
There are seven different floor plans, ranging
from 1,336 to 1,855 square feet, with the option
of converting part of the loft into bedrooms or
offices. The space is perfect for working
artists or for those in search of a cosmopolitan
living area that reflects the open expanses of
this growing city.
Located on Las Vegas Boulevard north of
Charleston, SoHo Lofts will be the closest
high-rise to downtown Las Vegas. It is also
close to the famed Las Vegas Strip, and U.S.
Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide easy access
to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
