The demand is very high to buy Turnberry Towers (316 units in each tower) and there's a high probability a lottery system will be used. In order to participate in the initial release, the developer requires a check for $50,000 to be on deposit with them in ADVANCE of the lottery in late March.

The $50,000 deposit is held by Nevada Title and is cashed if you get the unit you want in the lottery. If you do not provide your $50,000 prior to the first release in late March then most likely you will miss out on this project. Of course if you do not get the unit you want your deposit is refunded per the developer.

We will ask you to select up to 10 choices to increase your chances of getting the unit you want in lottery.

Currently, the prices will range from the high $300,000's to over $1 million and there will be one, two and three bedroom units. All of the units come white box meaning the kitchen and bathrooms are completed and the rest of the unit is bare floor for you to add your designer touches. There are several designer packages available if you want to complete your interior using Turnberry's preferred vendors. Purchase of a Turnberry Tower unit will give you a special short term free membership into the infamous Sterling Club nearby at Turnberry Place.
